Australian Capital Territory
The Professional Standards Council of ACT was established under schedule 4 of the Civil Law (Wrongs) Act 2002 (ACT).
The Professional Standards Council of ACT was constituted in 2007 with 12 members nominated by each state and territory Attorney General, as well as one nominee by the Commonwealth Assistant Treasurer.
