For the period 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2012 the following interest rates apply:

Pre judgment interest rate 8.25%. The amount of pre judgment interest is set by Practice Note 15 (Civil)

Post judgment interest rate 10.25%. (The amount of post judgment interest is set by Rule 36.7 of the Uniform Civil Procedures Rules 2005)

The attached schedule provides the interest rates applicable prior to 1 July 2010.

The attached schedule provides the interest rates applicable after 1 July 2010.
